Do you have a personal physical flexibility goal? Are you looking for a way to stretch both your mind and body?
Flexsanity is a course that will help you practice mental presence and physical engagement. Led by Khoi GiGi-Marie, a competitive rhythmic gymnast, Flexsanity will become the favorite part of your week. Participants will chart goals, learn new stretch and conditioning methods, and stretttttch to reach new unchartered territory!
Live classes are held on Tuesday afternoons, but will be available for playback and snippets will be available via Instagram TV.
